How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed over the phone, and by email (503.628.3616).

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we do have a minimum dollar requirement of $150.  We will, however, accommodate any number of guests.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We would like all orders to be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.  We do understand that last minute meetings come up on a moment’s notice so we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Flexibility with your menu/ delivery time can help in accommodating these last minute needs.

Do you deliver?
Yes! Upon delivery, we will set-up your order, making sure that you have all the supplies needed for your breakfast/ lunch/ meeting.

What can I expect when I place an order from It's Partytime Catering?
We will guarantee that your order be delivered on time, every time.  All orders will be checked and double checked before they leave our facility.  Our drivers also carry “emergency kits” to the event that there is something missing.  Our deliverers are courteous, friendly and helpful!

How do I pay for my order?
We offer a few payment options for our clients- we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), corporate check upon delivery, or credit on account.  Our credit application is available on our home page- print, fill-out and return via email, fax or direct mail.

Can you plan my company events- BBQ, picnic, Holiday party?
Yes, we are a full-service caterer and we can help you create a menu and determine all the details of your event- how many tables/ chairs are needed, where food will be served, linens for buffet tables, dishes, glassware, etc...  Please contact us for more information.
